Layered Foam Inserts (Flat Foam)

The case is filled with layers of Polyurethane or Polyethylene flat foam (Layers are usually 0.50", 1.00", 1.50" or 2.00" thick but can be cut more precise). These solid sheets of foam have no cutouts inside.

The flat foam can be cut in the field to accept customer's equipment or used to secure items between layers. (Each flat foam layer can be cut separately to accept equipment of various sizes.) The flat foam filled inserts are custom cut to the size of each case and can be cut to the thickness the customer specifies and can be shipped in approx. 1 to 3 days. Since the flat foam inserts are considered custom they are not returnable.

Users that prefer to cut the foam themselves often buy flat foam with the intention of cutting it.
